Welcome Message from General Chair

It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 2017 International Automatic Control Conference (CACS 2017) in Kenting Pingtung, Taiwan over Nov. 12-15, 2017. CACS 2017 is hosted by the Chinese Automatic Control Society (CACS) and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to many distinguished guests and friends from all over the world, including plenary speakers Professor Tianyou Chai, Northeastern University, Shenyang, Professor Edwin K. P.
